PM Modi Congratulates Assam BJP Workers, Didi And Amma For Their Poll Victories

The results for assembly elections in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Assam came in, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter to celebrate and congratulate. Here’s what he said:

He congratulated BJP workers in Assam, terming the party’s win in the state as historic and phenomenal.

The PM said that BJP is being accepted by people across the nation.

He also appreciated efforts of workers in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu despite being part of a losing cause

He said he was content with the party opening its account in Kerala:

He also congratulated his opponents J Jayalalithaa and Mamata Banerjee on their victories in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal respectively.
