The Glasgow Commonwealth Games Had A Really Awkward Moment. They Showed The Indian Flag Upside Down

As India was the last host of the Commonwealth Games, the Indian contingent had the honour to lead the march of the nations during the opening ceremony last night. However, this honour has been over-shadowed by a rather thoughtless error the organizers committed in the official CWG Song.

In one of the scenes in the video, the Indian flag is shown held upside down by a group of youngsters.

Unsurprisingly, Indian fans across the globe have panned the blooper left right and centre. Here’s what happened.
