Delhi Down Hapless Mumbai By 37 Runs

Delhi Daredevils are finally justifying their name and are playing some fearless cricket because you do need some courage to beat Mumbai Indians by 37 runs.

Shreyas Iyer (83) has been one of the finds of IPL 8 and he along with his captain, JP Duminy (78*), gave Delhi 190/4 on a slow Feroz Shah Kotla track.

The first six Mumbai batsmen all got starts, getting into the double digits but such was their carelessness that they still fell well short and surrendered to the spin of Amit Mishra (2/32) and Imran Tahir (3/22).

This was Delhi’s third win of the season and they have got themselves into the top 4. Mumbai, on the other hand, are right at the bottom with five losses in six matches.
