Gayle Celebrating 1 Year Of #DontBlushBaby On Social Media Shows He Will Never Grow Up

Chris Gayle doesn’t want to grow up.

The West Indies cricketer, who had been widely criticized for his sexist remarks during the Big Bash T20 League in Australia last year, is at it again.

To jog your memory, Gayle had flirted with a presenter on the sidelines. While being interviewed during Melbourne Renegades’ match against Hobart Hurricanes, Gayle made an awkward pass at presenter Mel McLaughlin.

“I wanted to come and have an interview with you as well,” Gayle had. “That’s the reason why I’m here, just to see your eyes for the first time. It’s nice so hopefully we can win this game and have a drink after. Don’t blush, baby.”

And now, exactly a year after that incident, Gayle chose to mock Australia and made light of the remark — showing that he is not apologetic, even a tiny bit.

And going by the reactions of some of his fans on Twitter, seems the man’s image as an entertainer still takes precedence over his disgusting behaviour.

The ridiculousness did not end there. Video emerged on social media of Gayle partying it up during the Caribbean carnival where he is seen humping a girl. There is no sugarcoating it — the video is just gross.

It is also worth remembering that the closest Gayle came to an apology was to say he meant that “blush” comment as a joke. He has since gone on to name to name his daughter “Blush.”

It’s one thing to not be apologetic but it is completely another to keep repeating the same mistakes over and over.

Maybe it’s time for you to grow the “phuck up”, Chris?
