‘Indian Football Has A Bright Future’. Twitter Applauds Indian U-17 Team’s Peformance

India’s journey in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup came to an end with 0-4 loss against Ghana in the final Group A match. The Colts failed to win a single match in the showpiece event, but they earned a lot of applause for their resilience and hard work. Over 50,000 Indian fans had flocked to the stadium to support their team.

It was for the first time that India was participating in the finals of a FIFA tournament. They are also hosting a football World Cup for the first time. 

Twitter was abuzz with wishes for the U-17 team as they showered praise on them.
