Team India seems to be one happy family in which everybody supports everybody. And the new Indian Test captain, Virat Kohli, has showered praise on team director.

However, for Kohli, Shastri is the perfect man for the job as he is sensible and gives the young players the confidence they need to do well on the international circuit.
India are preparing for a tour to Bangladesh where the Men in Blue will play 1 Test, 3 ODIs and 1 T20I and Shastri will be a part of the team.
