BCCI Searching For New President After Dalmiya’s Demise

Indian cricket suffered a major setback as the BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya passed away at the age of 75 due to a cardiac arrest.

That leaves the Indian board without a president and according to the BCCI’s constitution the secretary must convene a Special General Body Meeting within 15 days.

Dalmiya played an instrumental role in the growing of sport in the cricket obsessed nation and his services will be missed immensely.
