The Pakistan cricket team had a pretty dismal run in the ongoing World T20. Despite winning their tournament opener against Bangladesh, they crashed out after defeats to India, Australia and New Zealand.

They returned to Pakistan in three batches landing in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore. Players such as Umar Akmal, Mohammad Irfan, Ahmed Shehzad and others including manager Intikhab Alam landed at the Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore and had to bear the brunt of disappointed fans who shouted chants of “Shame, shame.”
