Sunrisers Hyderabad opened their account in the ongoing IPL 8 as they smashed Royal Challengers Bangalore by 8 wickets on Monday, April 13.
Chris Gayle (21) and Virat Kohli (41) got RCB off to a decent start and an AB de Villiers blitz (46 off 28) took them to 166/10. Trent Boult was superb for SRH with figures of 3/36.
In reply, David Warner smashed a brilliant 57 to set up the match. That knock allowed Shikhar Dhawan (50*) and KL Rahul (44*) to finish the match off with ease.
