Receiving fan mail has to be a way of life for Virat Kohli. And recently, he got yet another one from a special fan in Pakistan. The youngster in question is the son of renowned cricket umpire Aleem Dar, who is currently on tour in the West Indies where India are playing a 4-match Test series.
Hasan, an aspiring cricketer himself, sent Virat a video about how he’s a big fan of India’s Test captain.
And upon watching the video, Virat made sure he replied to the youngster.
We are used to seeing the aggressive side of Virat, aren’t we? But the 1st Test was evidence enough of how much he has grown since taking on the responsibility of captaincy.
Here’s the heartwarming video message that Kohli sent to his young fan from across the border. Also goes to show that there’s more to Virat than just “BC! MC!”.
