Virat Kohli’s known for his hyper-intensive workout regime, but there’s a precise diet that makes it all possible.

In an interview on Breakfast With Champions with Gaurav Kapur, he revealed exactly what goes into his breakfast, lunch and dinner. A little heads up, he hasn’t eaten butter chicken in 4 years (the horror!)
