Women rights is a topic which is still being debated about around the globe. While there might be some who might contest that the ‘ground reality’ is the same for women around the world, there are countries that are doing exceptionally well for the rights of women.

These countries are shining examples in providing women equal rights and benefits that offer them quality of life.

During last year’s elections, Kansas had the first Native American women elected to the United States legislature, New Mexico had another. Congress got two Muslim women serving for the first time ever. Massachusetts saw its first black woman to represent the House as well.
