These Dresses Made Using Paper Cut-Outs & Everyday Objects Are Beautiful Beyond Words

Shruti Pillai

Armenian fashion illustrator Edgar Artis found inspiration for women’s dresses in simple everyday objects and used paper cut-outs to create fascinating dresses. His innovative new project is certainly not your everyday work of fashion. It reminds us how easy it is to find an aesthetic beauty in almost everything, if looked at in the right way.

Thank you, Edgar, for showing us beauty in the most mundane of things we see everyday. I guess beauty does lie in the eye of the beholder. Or certainly the cut-out holder.
