When Eli Thompson was born in Mobile, Alabama, his parents Brandi and Troy were in tears. Partly because Eli was born without a nose, which made him a one in 197 million baby with Congenital Arhinia, but also because they couldn’t believe how cute he was. They knew they’d love him like crazy and make sure they’d give him all the comforts his condition demanded.
