This Engineer’s Innovative Idea Can Save Passengers From A Plane Crash

With a series of plane crashes and mishaps over the past year, the aviation industry seems to have taken a hit as more people grow afraid of air travel. But a Ukrainian researcher might have a solution to saving the lives of passengers on an airplane in case of a crash.

Kiev-based engineer, Vladimir Tatarenko, designed a solution where a detachable capsule or cabin housing the passengers could be relieved from attachment and safely land by deploying parachutes attached to it.
