Hope For Paws had received an emergency call from volunteers from LA on Cloud 9 about an injured puppy stranded on the LA River canal. When they reached the spot, they saw that the puppy was in a lot of pain as someone had chopped off one of his legs. They immediately rushed him to the vet. On the way, he was named Jordan.
