911 operators in the US have one of the most stressful jobs out there. Knowing that how they handle a call can potentially save someone’s life is not something everyone would enjoy on a daily basis. But sometimes there’s that occasional phone-call that turns out to be a major stress-buster. Like this call from a couple of years back, when a 4-year-old boy called 911, because he needed help.
