This Louis CK Monologue From Saturday Night Live Is Pure Comedy Gold

Raj Das

In the stand-up comedy world, Louis CK is a king. He has been selling out venues since many years now, has a successful and critically acclaimed TV show and to top it all off, he does all of it by being himself. No gimmicks, no tacky ‘stage persona’ and more importantly, he doesn’t mind sharing his opinions, no matter how unpopular or dark they are.

Maybe this is why Louis CK hosting an episode of Saturday Night Live seems very natural. It’s a short set from last year, where he talks about rational thought, first world problems and even domestic violence and he nails it all with his comic genius.

Check it out.
