Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella faced an embarrassing situation when Cortana – Microsoft’s personal voice command assistance software – and a competition to Siri failed to respond to his command during a live testing. It happened when Nadella was presenting Cortana at a conference that the software failed to act upon his command, not just once or twice but three times in a row!
When Nadella commanded ‘Show me my most at-risk opportunities,’ Cortana showed him the results for ‘Show me to buy milk at this opportunity’.
