The scientists at MIT have spent years perfecting the running capabilities of the robotic cheetah. Now that they’ve gotten that out of the way, it’s time to level up. Yes, they’ve added jump capabilities to the robot. Now it can detect obstacles and jump over them, even without safety harnesses or losing speed and balance.
