Anthony Kulkamp Dias, 33, a bank worker in Brazil, had to undergo brain surgery and the doctors wanted him to stay awake throughout the procedure so that they could easily monitor his brain activity in real time.

So, Dias, who’s also a guitar player, decided to play some of his favourite songs while strumming along.

He played the Beatles’ Yesterday and some Brazilian songs (including one he wrote for his newborn son) to ensure he stayed awake.

Check it out.
