11 years ago today, the last episode of Friends aired. For many of us, that was one of the most bittersweet TV-induced moments ever. You see, some of us were part of a generation that had missed the Seinfeld train by a few years and by the time How I Met Your Mother gained traction, we had discovered cooler shows. Friends was the show for us 90’s kids. And when it ended, we realized how important it was to our lives.
On the show Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler and Ross made us laugh, but outside of it, their interviews showed the real side of the actors that played them. One of the best interviews I remember watching was the one hosted by Oprah Winfrey, that aired after the show had just ended. Pretty sure die hard Friends fans have seen it, but just in case you have not, you can watch it here and relive, for a brief moment, what we felt back then, knowing our favourite show had ended.
