Seattle-Based Artist Creates Street Art That Shows Up Only When It Rains

If you’ve ever been in Seattle, you’d know that it’s one of those big cities in America where it rains a lot. So it was only natural for an artist to device a street-art technique that can only bee seen when the surface is wet. Peregrine Church creates art using an environmentally-safe, water-repellant coating.
