You Can Literally Swim Between Buildings In These Sky Pools In London!

Rohit Bhattacharya

If there’s one thing you have to love about London (other than the myriad of cool accents), it’s the fact that they will soon have house complexes with ‘sky pools’. Unlike the infinity pool, which is more of a disappointingly-named illusion, the sky pool is actually a 10 storey-high glass pool suspended between two apartment blocks!

According to Mashable , this is the first time something like this will be done in the world. Ballymore Group CEO Sean Mulryan, who had the idea for the pool said, ” The experience of the pool will be truly unique; it will feel like floating through the air in central London.”

Residents of the Embassy Gardens Development will be able to casually swim across buildings and look down on the jealous plebeians below.

As usual, Twitter had its share of varying reactions.
