With the recent rise in awareness about sexual assault and harassment, there have been many campaigns and opinions that have tried to tackle the issue. From the conservative fanatic who tries to curb the victim’s freedom to the naive voice trying to appeal to the perpetrator’s humanity, we’ve seen it all.
But what sets this PSA by the Ontario government apart, is its ability to reach out to the people who do not even realize they’re part of a crime. Speaking up and outing the perpetrator is not a choice but a duty.
