Recently, our esteemed Health Ministry tweeted this guide to coping with depression.

While their hearts might have been in the right place, their minds certainly weren't. A lot of folks were up in arms about the frankly idiotic suggestions they'd provided, which treated depression less as a disease and more as a passing mood swing. We imagined what it would be like if the Ministry provided 'How To's' for other ailments as well.
