It’s been 84 years. Well actually, it’s been almost 2 years since the third season of Rick and Morty came out, but it definitely felt like a lifetime. Fear not however, because the San Diego Comic-Con was recently blessed with a spanking 50 second clip of the fourth season.

If that wasn’t good enough, the excerpt also features the voice of Taika Waititi, the world’s favourite Kiwi (and director of Thor: Ragnarok). He plays a wily alien who created an app that Morty and his father Jerry want removed from the internet.

Co-creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon told Entertainment Weekly that stars like Paul Giamatti and Kathleen Turner will also make vocal appearances. While talking about the new season, they said,

I think it’s safe to say without fear of being wrong that the gap between seasons three and four will be the longest. I don’t know how fast we can do it, but I know it will never be this long again.

Watch the clip below!

We don’t know much else about the new season. All we know is that it’ll be 10 episodes long. Now, we wait.
