“Do what you feel in your heart to be right – for you’ll be criticized anyway. You’ll be damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.”

– Eleanor Roosevelt

The world is quick to censure others and whether we admit it or not, criticism stings. While some criticism is constructive and helps you be a better person, there are some who find faults in others just out of spite. Some delight in nitpicking and the words they use wound us, leaving us feeling dejected. We start doubting ourselves, our own self-worth, even our identity. Here’s what you can take away from criticism from haters and convert their negativity into positivity.

Peace out.
