So what does that basically mean? 

The study claims, men who typically eat “Western” meals or high fat foods have a sperm count, which is 25.6 million lower on average than men with a healthier diet.

Men with less than 15 million sperm per milliliter or 39 million sperm per ejaculation have a lower sperm count, which can negatively affect their ability to reproduce or get a partner pregnant.
