Days after AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya was arrested for allegedly molesting a woman, another AAP MLA has been taken into custody with similar charges.
Prakash Jarwal from Deoli constituency has been arrested by the police for allegedly misbehaving and assaulting a woman in early June, reports ANI.
Case registered against AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal under sections 354, 506, 509 & 34 of IPC for misbehaving with a woman.

The FIR was lodged on Wednesday. The woman alleged that the incident took place when she was on a visit to Delhi Jal Board office in Greater Kailash. She said after reaching the office, the MLA’s men noticed her and started abusing her verbally for persisting with water woes.
Mr. Jarwal, a Delhi Jal Board member, arrived there and began abusing her and went on to push her by her chest, almost causing her to fall, she said in the complaint, reports The Hindu.
However, Jarwal has denied the allegations levelled against him and said that it was a politically motivated act. He said the woman who accused him of assault has contested local elections and has been close to BJP for sometime now, the report adds.
But this is not the first time that Jarwal has been arrested for grave charges. In May 2014, he was arrested for allegedly thrashing a junior engineer of the Delhi Jal Board.
