The Republican Presidential candidate was speaking at a rally in Viriginia when a baby started crying. Trump, who was speaking about China and currency, initially sounded like he was in love with the baby.

“Don’t worry about that baby, I love babies so…I love babies, I hear that baby crying and I like it. I like it. What a baby! What a beautiful baby. Don’t worry,” he said. 

He then said to the mother saying that she was running around. 

“Don’t worry about it you know. It’s young and beautiful and healthy and that’s what we want…” he said and then continued with his speech about China. 

But just a minute or so later, when the baby started crying again, Trump told the baby’s mother to get it out of the rally and also said ‘people don’t understand’. 

“Actually I was only kidding, you can get the baby out of here. That’s alright, don’t worry. I think she really believed me that I love having a baby crying while I am speaking! That’s ok, people don’t understand. That’s ok….” Trump said.
