According to a report by NDTV, Raphael Samuel blamed his parents for giving birth to him for their own selfish reasons. He also mentioned that even though he loves his parents and they have a great relationship, he believes that they procreated him for their entertainment and joy.

And after the much-needed attention that his anti-natalism agenda has received, Mother Samuel has responded. Firstly, she smoothly pointed out that both she and her husband are lawyers. Her son definitely knows who he’s messing with.

I must admire my son’s temerity to want to take his parents to court knowing both of us are lawyers. 

Secondly, she also conveniently gives her son the option to prove how they could have sought his consent before he was born. Like a typical mother, she has given him an impossible task.

If Raphael could come up with a rational explanation as to how we could have sought his consent to be born, I will accept my fault. 

She expressed her opinion on the whole thing through her son’s Facebook account.
