Staying indoors and following social distancing norms is the need of the hour and this got me thinking. 

There are so many things in our lives as well that we need to/should stay away from because it’s just not healthy (both, mentally and physically) for us to do/indulge in those things. 

And, also because it’s just not the right kind of attitude to have in life. 

On that note, here are 18 other things we all should practice social distancing from, for our own good.
