The CBSE class XII results were announced yesterday, and students and parents all over the country are stressed about the next step.

The race to ace board exams leads to great anxiety in both the students and parents during the result season. This can have serious repercussions on the mental well-being of students.

It is therefore important to realise that marks don’t define a person’s worth.

There’ll be all sorts of people, some criticising and others appreciating. The key here is to ignore them.

Life is all about risks, we take some and avoid others.

And understand that this is an equally stressing time for parents. They might get angry and all, but in the end they want our well-being.
