U. S. President Donald Trump may be one of the most powerful men on the planet, but there are still some things that he can’t have. The Nobel prize is one of them.

At the United Nations on Monday, Trump expressed his sorrow on how unfair it is that he never received the Nobel peace prize. He complained,

I would get a Nobel prize for a lot of things, if they give it out fairly, which they don’t.

The reasoning he gives for this is through a comparison drawn between him and his predecessor, former President Barack Obama. Obama was given the Peace Prize for “extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between people,” even though he had only just become president.

Trump also added,

They gave one to Obama immediately upon his ascent to the presidency and he had no idea why he got it. You know what? That was the only thing I agreed with him on.

And of course, the internet has gone into a tizzy, discussing whether Trump really deserves that Nobel prize or not.

Well Trump, here’s wishing you all the very best for that.
