Wildlife conservationist extraordinaire Steve Irvin died on this day 13 years ago. He may have been gone for a while but his legacy of preserving our ecosystem lives on.
In today's world, while we face a wildlife emergency, we need him now more than ever. Our planet could've done with more of Irwin.
