The Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 2019 was implemented on September 1 and that led to the traffic police issuing 3,900 challans in a single day. However, people reacted differently to being challaned since half of them weren’t even aware of the specifications.

According to reports, a man in Delhi was issued a challan for violating traffic rules near Chirag Delhi area. His bike was being impounded when the man allegedly set his motorbike on fire.
