The assembly election results have been a mixed bag for Congress. It has come out victorious in Punjab, Goa and Manipur while losing Uttar Pradesh as well as Uttarakhand to BJP.
Nevertheless, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP for their victory. He also thanked Congress workers for the party’s spectacular performance in Punjab as well as Goa and Manipur.
