Actor Salman Khan is all set to launch 'The Hit Girl', a biography based on the life of Veteran actress Asha Parekh, on April 10 at a suburban hotel in Mumbai.

Written by a film critic and senior journalist Khalid Mohamed, the book, according to Mumbai Mirror, consists of a foreword written by the actor as his family, especially his step mother Helen, shares a good camaraderie with the actress.

Filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Rishi Kapoor are among the recent artists to have launched their autobiographies 'An Unsuitable Boy' and 'Khullam Khulla' respectively. 

Bollywood's evergreen beauty Rekha also had a book based on her life, named 'Rekha: The Untold Story'.
