Jaydev Unadkat bowled a hat-trick maiden in the final over against Sunrisers Hyderabad to help Rising Pune Supergiant grab a vital 12-run win on Saturday.
Bowling a hat-rick maiden in the last over of a T20 game is the stuff of a champion and Unadkat has finally revealed the reason behind his magical over.

Amazingly, it was the advice of a 12-year-old kid from Pune which helped Jaydev take the hat-trick. The cricketer met Omkar Pawar last week on April 28 during a meet-and-greet session in Pune along with Faf du Plessis and Steve Smith.
Pawar advised Jaydev to bowl cross-seam deliveries to get a hat-trick which was later used by the bowler. The duo also practiced bowling cross-seam deliveries in front of other kids.
The left-arm pacer has been in sensational form in the ongoing season of IPL. Pune’s second-highest wicket-taker has clinched 17 wickets so far.
