A CEO Asked Quora How To Handle Employees Who Leave Work On Time & Got Schooled In Return

As unfortunate as it sounds, most of us are so overworked that it almost seems normal at this point.

The concept of slogging beyond work-hours is glorified so much that, at most offices, you can’t leave on time without getting glances from your boss.

Case in point: This one CEO who wrote a question on Quora, asking people what should he do to his employees whose commitment lasts for work hours only.

He owns a company so I am assuming he is smart, but this wasn’t the wisest decision of his life.

Nearly everyone hit back at him in the answer section, pointing out his sense of entitlement and overall lack of understanding of the term ‘commitment’.

There are many ways of making your employees productive, making them sit after work is never one of them.
