His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama is a noble spirit, spreading the message of peace, harmony and joy wherever he goes. He also has close ties with India as a nation, and the various communities that live here.
But there are so many things you may not know about the Dalai Lama. Like, do you know he is a Cancerian? Do you know that he once referred to himself as “The son of India”? And do you friggin’ know that he is a serious pogonophile?

“Chehra hai ya chaand khila hai, zulf ghaneri shaam hai kya? Santa jaisi daadhi vaaley, ye to bataa tera naam hai kyaa?”
“Because you know I’m all about that beard, ’bout that beard! No trimming!”
“Is that your natural hair color?”
“See, this is the color I want.”
“Ha! A goatee? This won’t do. No wonder that Katy girl left him.”
“You are so beard-iful young man!”
What can we say? The man loves his beards and we love him!
