A lot of dogs may be able to sniff out bombs and do a lot of cool shit in general, but the reason we really dig them doggies are because they’re silly. It’s just hours upon hours of constant, in-your-face entertainment when there’s a dog around. They’ll chase their own tail, fetch you random twigs from the neighbours’ lawn, heck, they’ll even head butt you in the crotch on occasion (only fun if it happens to someone else).
Anyway, sometimes your dog may do things that are funny at first, but then you suddenly realise they hit a little too close to home. Take a gander at this video by Silke Caproens of the Netherlands of her dog Quick. He thinks the bone painted in his bowl is real, for woof’s sake!
