You just do you. The words almost every person on the planet hears, in some language or the other, immediately after a breakup. I’m not going to talk about how lame that sounds, because honestly, giving some someone advice about how to deal with a sudden cut in personal ties is a pretty lame and narcissistic situation on the whole anyway. There’s way bigger problems in the world, which is why being single is something we should all mostly consider a non-issue, for want of a better term (actually that IS the best term, I stick by what I said).
