There’s much to be proud of if you’re a Bengali – the rich legacy of art and culture, the delicious food that every dadima can whip up, and that ridiculously sexy accent that no one can resist (right?). But being a Bong also comes with its fair share of annoying questions from the general population – we can’t all be refined bhadralok after all.
