Today, SC struck down the section 57 of Aadhaar Act, which entails that private companies cannot ask for Aadhaar card. More so, Aaadhar Card is now not mandatory for opening bank accounts.
Netizens however are onto the loopholes of the judgement that decreed mandatory use of PAN card for opening bank accounts, and the use of Aadhaar mandatory for PAN cards. Yep. Our minds were boggled too.
