Soon after a Bengal cleric openly offered ₹10 lakhs to anybody who’d shave Sonu Nigam’s head, the singer did exactly that and emerged shinier and better than ever amidst much media presence.

Sorry, that had to be cracked.
And when it came time for the maulvi to honour his end of the promise, he kinda backed out.
As expected.
Which probably means that somewhere, Sonu Nigam is seething with anger right now.
Now whether he gets ₹10 lakhs or not, only time will tell. But in the meanwhile, we were reminded of many broken promises by this gesture on the maulvi’s behalf.
