It is very rare that we see a minister’s convoy stop for commoners in India.

But something like this happened when, in a video that has surfaced on social media, Smriti Irani was seen adding an ambulance to her convoy.

The incident apparently happened in Uttar Pradesh on 22nd June 2019.

Although the details about this video are not known, people took to Twitter to appreciate her gesture.

Earlier last month, she halted her election victory celebrations and participated in a close aide’s funeral as pall-bearer and earned a lot of praise.
