7. Ash vs Evil Dead (2015 – present)

30 years after Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) unlocked the mysterious world of the dead in the infamous Evil Dead franchise, he finds the dead back to the upper sections of the ground. It’s now up to him to send them back where they came from. Accompanied with a Mexican sidekick, Ash kills the dead with broken bottles and chainsaws.

The show doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not and hence ends up being a mad fun ride.

Another crime-drama show makes its way to our list but things only keep getting better with each addition.

Broadchurch is about a supposedly normal town that holds dark secrets which are threatened when an 11-year-old boy gets murdered and the town gets immense media coverage. Does the police manage to keep the town together or does it manage to catch the killer are the big questions the show explores.

And obviously, David Tennant’s presence makes the story all the more interesting to watch.

The story is about a Taiwanese family that relocates Orlando from Washington D.C. and try really hard to fit in to the U.S. “culture” in Orlando.

Considering how Indians are obsessed with migrating to the US, this show will connect with the Indian audience on more levels than one. Plus, it’s insanely hilarious!

Based on a novel by Stephen King by the same name, 11.22.63 is about a high school teacher who is asked to travel back in time to the ’60s and prevent the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Beat that!

When Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger join hands, pop culture explodes. That’s exactly what happened when the two legends came together to work on a TV show that explores the music scene of the ’70s.

Vinyl is the story of a music record executive and his ups and downs in the music industry. How he manages to keep his label running while also being instrumental to a murder makes for the central plot of the show.

Like all Martin Scorsese creations, this one is larger than life (lives, all of ours put together).
