Director SS Rajamouli will spend a whopping amount of Rs 30 crore alone to make the climax of Bahubali 2, The News Minute reports.
That’s more than what producers from the southern side can avail for an entire project, nevertheless not all can create a national debate like ‘Why did Katappa kill Bahubali’ can they?
The team of Bahubali will start their work on the climax Monday onwards and reportedly will work non-stop for 10 whole weeks. The sequence will be shot at the Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. They will be assisted by National award-winning art director Sabu Cyril, Hollywood action director Lee Whitaker, who has worked on films like Jurassic Park 3, Pearl Harbor to name a few and Brad Allan whose team has been involved in the making of The Hobbit franchise.
With a massive budget of Rs 250 crores Bahubali became the most expensive film in the history of Indian cinema. It even reached the Guinness World Record for creating the largest poster ever, which was over 50,000 square feet.
It featured on BBC’s documentary on 100 years of Indian cinema even before its release. We really can’t wait to see what it has on hold for us.
Unless the film faces problem with the censor board, it’s set to release on April 2017.
